A property, a story.
I entered the real estate industry in 2013. Across the twelve years since, I have never changed a single principle: every client is the protagonist of their own story. My job is to bring that story to life with the right information, the right timing and the right strategy.
To date I have managed sales, leasing and investment processes across 39 districts of Istanbul. Exceeding ₺500 million, this transaction volume made me an advisor not to numbers — but to people.
The experience I gained at both RE/MAX and Coldwell Banker allowed me to bring international standards together with local expertise. My results are proven by the industry’s most prestigious awards.

Transparency. Throughout the process I share every figure, every offer and every meeting with you. Withholding information is not advisory — it’s bargaining.
The right price. Price far below the market and you lose time; far above it and you lose the buyer. Accurate pricing means a profitable process.
Lasting relationships. Being the advisor who doesn’t vanish after the signature, but is still reachable a year later when you call — that is the only measure of my career.
